The only issue Ive run into has been not scanning properly at the restaurant but the managers always honored it. Great app especially since my kids love the freaking place.

App gives update error, i deleted it and downloaded the app again and it still tells me to update.

This app used to be great. I mean, scary good. Everyone I knew would have to delete the app to avoid going to McDonalds because the deals were too good to pass and the deals came frequently. However, the app suddenly shut down. It says to update the app when there is NO update available. There were some glitches before no doubt but now the app is inaccessible. Taco Bell and other franchises are on the rise but McDonalds continue in a downward spiral.

Before it crashed constantly, and commonly would logout or not work when within 100 feet of a McDonalds (possibly due to connecting to their own network or something). It was annoying and lackluster app performance. ? That was before. NOW, it seems Broken or Hacked. When you open the app, it flashes constantly, shows that it is trying to open the app, plus log into Facebook and get profile info, then tries to open their website which also is flashing (possibly from repeated tries each second. It practically looks like a strobe light. Currently non-functional, with possibility it should be removed from your phones and the ITunes Store. Be wary. Not sure if crappy app design, or if some hacker or hacking group is doing something nefarious. McDonalds need to fix the app now. I miss being able to do Daily Deals with this. ☹️

"Im loving it!" I do love this app.though occasionally it goes bananas. It usually is fixed quickly. My biggest complaint is about using the app. for McCafe. Buy 5 drinks but get the 6th one free. I love my iced coffee and an occasional frappe. Not one time is the last seven transactions have I received my free drink. It seems to work fine up until the 5th drink then mysteriously erases all my stamps for purchases and though I pay for the fifth drink as I should it then appears as though I already got my drink and then it starts me all over again. Ive complained about it to the workers there only to be told that it happens a lot. So I asked if that means Im just out of luck and was told that yes, basically I am out of luck. Frustrating.

updated to the latest version, whenever open the app, a message keep popping up saying new version available, and theres no way to close the window. uninstalled and reinstalled, issue persists... a faulty update

Ive been trying to use the app all day and keeps telling me I need to update the app but I have it up to date. Im missing out on all the great deals. Is this just happening to me?

The app is telling me to update to a newer version of the app but I cant find a newer version and theres no update!!! Come on McDonalds!!!!!

This app always works for me when I got to a McDonalds and I have been to both coasts of the US with this app and no issues. Ive been able to obtain many free things such as sundaes, Mcflurries, fries, and Mcdoubles. Its so useful when Im trying to save money and the manager at my local McDonalds allows me to do multiple transactions so I can use multiple deals for each meal. Additionally, its easy to use all you do is click on the coupon scan it and go. Works in the drive through and at the register. Mobile order was quick and easy and I loved the curbside pick up.

We encountered an error and update the app?? Did that. Still an error. So what good is this app? Doesnt work.

Nothing but errors, cant even log in. Trash.

If I could give this app a zero I would! Nine times out of 10 it is never available and has multiple errors when I go to use one of the deals when I am at McDonalds to order. Tonight, when I opened the app, it says there was an error and to update from the App Store. I went into the App Store and there was no update to be found. Once again Im unable to use any of the deals are that are supposed to be available!

Good app for deals but only when it works. Endless error notifications prevent you from actually using the app. The app tells you to update to the latest version, which I did, and Im still having the same issue. Please fix version 5.5.1 soon

Nothing wrong with free food/drinks. Great app

App works less than part time.

I downloaded the app because I work at Mcdonalds and noticed that a lot of customers have technical difficulties with the app. We recently introduced mobile ordering so I wanted to see what the fuss was about on the opposite end. We truly have no control over the app process for those of you that think we can help(were not even allowed to hold your phone) but when I tried to start an account the app notifies me of a service error. Disappointed.

Normally the app works fine. Today it did not.

Forced to update. Now cant log in at all. Very sad
