McDonald's app good for
dont understand the negative reviews. EVERYTHING i have used this app for it has done as intended. this app has saved me hundreds of dollars and that isnt an exaggeration. i use a lot of the coupons mainly the buy one get one free. now i have not used a lot of the other features but they do work too. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
All the negative reviews about it crashing... I havent had issues, nor have I had issues with staff knowing about it. Love the deals.
The only issue Ive run into has been not scanning properly at the restaurant but the managers always honored it. Great app especially since my kids love the freaking place.

This app always works for me when I got to a McDonalds and I have been to both coasts of the US with this app and no issues. Ive been able to obtain many free things such as sundaes, Mcflurries, fries, and Mcdoubles. Its so useful when Im trying to save money and the manager at my local McDonalds allows me to do multiple transactions so I can use multiple deals for each meal. Additionally, its easy to use all you do is click on the coupon scan it and go. Works in the drive through and at the register. Mobile order was quick and easy and I loved the curbside pick up.
I dont think many Mcdonalds customers are tech savvy. This app is great! It works every time Ive used it!
Some bad moments
I can’t add my credit card anymore! Please fix it as soon as possible.
Since the McDonald’s app was updated my saved card on file no longer works, I deleted my card and the app and reinstalled but now I can’t get a card to save. I loved that I didn’t have to always have my wallet on me, I could just pay for it from the app, very disappointed this is no longer an option.
McCafe rewards STILL NOT WORKING! It's been over a year. Installed, logged out, new phone, nothing makes any difference. "Won't load" ? Well then fix the app so we can use the darn thing.
Help. All my deals disappeared.
I have tried to delete the application. Then reinstall it. Still the same
Can't add a credit card. Wasted a half hour re-entering information but the "save" button never worked. Missed breakfast. Deleting the app and never going to McDonalds again.
App and bank charged me for the food but store was closed when got there to pick up food and emailed them about the issue they just said contact bank. Most of the time order went through but store didn't received order. This is frustrating uninstall the app if you have one.
