App and McDonalds Has Become A Disaster

When I first got the app it worked great. I enjoyed the coupons and it actually drew me into a McDonalds again. But then someone decided that it needed an update. Probably someone who wanted to impress the boss with the "see what I can do" attitude. Now the thing is absolutely useless. coupons and showing them to the cashier. It somewhat got me going into a McDonalds again; the all-day breakfast helped too!

McDonalds wonders why sales were going down. Duh...youve ignored your customers with your "Henry Ford you can have it any color black you want" attitude. I bet that some senior leader is sitting in a conference room being told that the App is working exactly as it should and shown charts explaining how its growing sales and revenue.

In reality, your organization (leadership) is broke. Just like the App. Bragging how great things are but providing customers with a crappy experience. I will be over at another restaurant buying lunch! Bye!
