Warning - paying full price is better and faster

Ive now tried 4 times to take advantage of a deal and the staff at 2 different restaurants are unable to ring it up. After much delay and staff and customer frustration, I beg to pay full price so I can leave.

Why cant McDonalds be like Chick Fil A, great food, great app, great training, great systems. Argggh.
