Mobile ordering isnt working for me
I work at a McDonalds and our location is in the test market for mobile ordering. I was excited to test the experience and being a manager, make it easier to assist potential customers with any questions. Unfortunately any time I go to use the app for a mobile order it tells me there is an error and that there are "no products available for the selected category."
This happens with any selection that would lead me to final product selection...i.e. Sandwich and meals...drinks
It does however allow me to go in to the next select a category screen if there is further separation within the original selection.
Id be more than happy to help with any more detail if contacted. This is being done on my iPhone SE with iOS up to date
