Dont count on the punchcard

I loved this app until I started trying to use the punchcard. The first time they offered the special I had no problems, but ever since they updated their app with their cutesy bouncing french fries, it never works. When McDonalds contacted me about my punchcard not working they requested the most ridiculous information. To redeem a $2.70 item I would have to provide every receipt, date and time of every purchase, all of the store numbers for all of the purchases, if I was on Wi-Fi or data... The list goes on and on. Waste of time.
