Punchcard issues

I buy coffee everyday and lately the punchcard is NOT working. They scan the offer but I have not been getting credit. I would have had two free by now. I contacted support, no reply. Dont bother downloading this App.

You would think a company like McDonalds could develop an app that works. If they offer it, it should at least do what it says it should do!!! Poor customer relations!
