"Technical Difficulties"
I got a notification that I had a deal waiting for me and when I got to the store it wouldnt let me log in. It said they were experiencing "technical difficulties." And earlier in the week another McDonalds didnt take an app coupon at a drive through. You would think McDonalds would have the money to execute a simple app like other chains have had for years.
