Feeling ripped off

Every time I get close to 5 coffees to earn my free one all my purchases disappear. Yesterday Id finally hit 5 and this morning they were all gone. Go ahead try to send feed back through the app. Thats not going to work either. They say theyll reward you but some how it doesnt work out.
Not really worth the one star but I must award one to express my disappointment
