Disappointed

One of my scanned coffee purchases did not log. I emailed customer service and they asked for the receipt...which was not given to me at the window after scanning.

I just went into my app and found all my 5 logged scans have disappeared and I will have to start over.

I was happy to find out that after I had purchased a new phone that the logged purchases transferred over accurately. I had four logged and my fifth purchase which didnt log. And then they all disappeared!

McDonalds coffee is a manageable $.99 for any size as it is still a great value but this feels like a waste of time to use this app to get an extra free coffee after five purchases if it is not going to log it appropriately or just simply disappear.
