Uninformed Employees
Getting McDonalds to accept this app is a 50/50. I have had employees straight up tell me the coupon wouldnt work, when I knew that it would. I have had it to where the app wont scan & the employee will not honor the coupon. I have had it to where the app has crashed and the employee will still not honor the coupon. Im not frustrated that I have to pay full price, Im frustrated because the employees are misinformed & not willing to help me out when they clearly see that its a technological error. When I see a coupon I want to use, I go to McDonalds JUST because of the coupon annnnd it typically doesnt work. So I waste my time & money that I wasnt expecting to pay.
