Terrible
The app is terrible. Unfortunately, the employees have no idea what is on the app or how to even use it. The managers dont want to help you. When you call corporate they have no idea how to use the app. I have bought five coffees and Im supposed to get my sixth one free. This is the third time Ive gone through the round and every time Im supposed to get my free one it states that I have made no past purchases and never offers the free coffee. I brought it up to the manager at my nearby location and one of them said just to let her know every time. Which I feel bad because its not really her place to have to do that when the app should automatically do it on its own. Another manager refused to help me and had no problem giving me corporates number. I never understand how McDonalds has probably one of the worst customer service skills and fast food that Ive seen. You can tell that they dont take any pride in it they should probably get with Chick-fil-A and get some training from them.
