Slow

You can enter your order anytime, but the store does not start assembling the order till you pull into the parking lot. So the delay in travel time when they could be preparing the order is completely lost.

I ordered a Bigmac without pickles and a fish sandwich, and it took 16 minutes from the time pulled into the parking lot (timed on a stopwatch) before they walked the order out to the car.

I would have excepted 5 minutes or less had they started preparing the order while I was enroute.

Bottom line, it would have been less complicated and taken less time to just use the drive thru menu board.
