Waited 30 minutes for order - never came out.

I tried mobile ordering and order went through ok. Got a receipt showing my card was ran. Waited 30 minutes, store number went to voicemail. I gave up and left. Called mcdonalds app support, and was told I need to file a dispute with credit card company. Doesnt seem like the back end systems are ready right now.
