Discounts, called deals, in the app appear & disappear without reason. I start a series of buy 5, get 1 free, only to have the app drop the deal even though the stated expiration date is the end of the year.

Ordering online is a joke. I like a large iced coffee with 2-fingers of ice with hotcakes & sausage with two syrups & 3 butters. No way to put this in the order. Conclusion, online ordering is for the birds.
