Great if it works - worthless for me

I used to have pretty good luck with this app. Then something changed with the app or their backend and it stopped working for me.

Twice now, Ive worked with live people in their app support who told me that they just need to wipe my acct so I can start fresh. Both times, they have failed and its been two weeks waiting each time.
