Great ideas poor execution

Been using for years. This year however the app constantly going down and since we finally get Mobile Ordering you need to make sure there is a customer service number IN AMERICA thats open to handle issues.

Second mobile ordering is a great thing to put in. Dunkin has been doing it for years but you guys need to improve the servers or whatever is causing it to go down
