Rarely Works

I have gone to McDonalds on multiple occasions to use a coupon on the app and it would not work. The app states that it is experiencing technical difficulties... but this has happened numerous time.

On one occasion the associate honored what I would have gotten from the coupon (free hash brown). The next time at a different store the manager was highly rude and didnt try to understand and acted like it was our fault it didnt work. Very frustrating!
