Bad. Very very bad

If I could give it less than zero stars I would
None of the employees know how to use this app.
I buy 2 to 4 coffees every single day I never get credit for the free one when I get to it it just drops my past purchases off and I still end up paying for the coffee I just bought it I shouldve gotten for free its happened 10 or 12 times in a row I am done with this app !
