"Deals" arent working

I used to love this app but now, the system isnt registering my coupons...and Ive tried a different locations. I love the McCafe purchase 5 get 1 free. However, now when it actually counts 3 or 4, the app automatically zeros my count out and starts me over. Just yesterday I purchased 3 Small Frappes and they have yet to added to my counter! If it doesnt work, its NOT a deal!!
So, yet again, today went to get my free Frappe and Leo and behold the count started over and I had to pay for my "free" one!!!
