Frustrating Glitch

I had high hopes for this one, as I saw my step-son using it. But immediately after registering, it wouldnt accept my password. So I tried to go through the steps for a forgotten password, and it tells me no account for my email exits. So I try to register, and it says an account does already exist. Mutually exclusive conditions.
Frustrating.
