limited options for pickup ordering

i can go to my local mcdonalds and get an egg mcmuffin with a folded egg. i can also add an iced coffee to my order.

so, i thought to myself, "hey! the app could make that process even easier!"

nope.

the options for customization of orders in the app are laughable, at best. the chick fil a app, in contrast, gives you options for nearly whatever you want.

for a company as big as mcdonalds, they could surely pay the extra money to have a more robust database for that app so that you could have all the options for ordering that are truly available.
