App is not good

Ive been hearing that, when we are new to the app and register for an account, there would be a free medium MCcafe beverage, sadly there hasnt been any coupons like that. When I also try to use other coupons to get discounted, the employees need to get the managers help, and the managers dont want to help or act like they dont know what they r doing. It takes up so much of my valuable time
