Greatest app ever, until you cant login (been trying for an hour), at which point its useless.

The app said I had 1 more drink to go to earn a free drink. Today it says I need three more! ? Crashes often. I think Ill delete the app.

App doesnt want to work when I actually want to use a coupon at the Mcdonalds location.. so embarrassing!!

First the app locked up after my first order shutting down after screen was asking if I wanted to do a survey. Second when I arrived at MCD curbside said to press "4" in the app to check in; never had a keyboard or anything come up where I could check in or press 4. Store confirmation code didnt match mine. Thankful I had taken a pic. Would be wonderful if it actually worked!

Ill create an account then a pop lip will appear saying technical difficulties. Then Ill retry and it will tell me my email is already set up with an account. So Ill try and sign in and I will be told that my email does not exist with an account. So which is it?

Never have had any trouble with this app. And it has great offers!

Is slow to do everything. Its less frustrating just going through the drive through. Just got double charged cause cashier said it didnt get paid on the app but it did

This app is terrible it is impossible to place an order through this app.

Every time I open this app it takes forever to show the deals. Then one day a deal can be there and a few hours later it is gone. Now I know I have a free frappe after purchasing five and that is not even showing up. Every other day it says the app is experiencing difficulties. This needs to be fixed.

First time I used the app the staff didnt know what to do with the coupon code. After that the app now crashes on launch

I tried to register, but it said I already was and when I go to change my password then it tells me that my gmail isnt even registered on there?!?! So confused and frustrated.

Can not sign in because I can not remember password. I hit reset password and enter email and am told no account. I register same email for new account and tells me I already have account.

Too many glitches with mobile ordering.

*update: So heres something weird, after trying multiple days to finally get this to log in to Facebook, gmail etc. ...I tried something else. That first question the app asks you when you install it: "can we know your location even when *NOT USING* the McDonalds app"? Yeah that weird request. Well I tapped okay, and voila...all of a sudden the birds are chirping and the app is signing in no problem. So strange. Probably a bug that the devs overlooked? I dont want the app to use my location when Im not using it. I never run apps in the background. Ill have to see if I can go back and change it in the settings. Old review: Been sitting here for 15 minutes trying to get this app to connect. Cannot even log in properly. Spent 15 minutes out here in my car trying to log in when Ive done so many times in the past. 5/5 bars reception. No luck signing in with gmail or Facebook. No luck registering with gmail or Facebook. Connected to wifi. No luck signing in or registering with gmail or Facebook. Just the long loading time followed by "we are experiencing an error -1001." How about, "were sorry. We are morons and cannot figure out how to bridge the gmail or Facebook APIs with our app because we cheaped out and didnt want to spend the money to develop a reliable app using reliable, American coders. But its not our fault!" Also, the app is huge. Come on now. 120mb? Thats about 120 photos I can store on my phone. Put another way, not even snapchat, Twitter, YouTube or even the Starbucks apps are that large! Lets get our $ together and put out a real app, eh? No more animations. No more nonsense. Read your app reviews you lazy bums and take accountability. Fix the issues that are months-long now. Tonight, because I cannot get this app to work, I am going elsewhere to eat because I cannot get this app to even sign me in. Good grief.

I USED to LOVE this app and all the deals they had for me. Now, for the past week there hasnt been a single deal. This app is a waste of space on my phone, I automatically deleted it :/ Useless now.

I downloaded the app to try the curbside check. Epic fail. I was out 20 mins of my day. I paid $12 and no food to show for it. There is no support from MCD or the app. Dont download. Just save your time.

Sometimes there are technical difficulties; however, the rebates are totally worth it. I have gotten free iced coffee countless times.

The deals are great but you better have the app open and screenshot the code before you get in line. The app takes FOREVER TO LOAD. Then it takes awhile to bring up the specials. In the beginning, thecashiers seemed confused that Mcdonalds even had an app. They have actually taken my phone from the drive-up window and walked around inside the building looking for someone to help them with the app. That is totally unacceptable! This issue has seemed to improve over time. Overall, for a company that gets so much right this app needs a lot of work. Great concept & deals if u can get them. ?
