There needs to be an option to add ketchup packets to your order (inconvenient to ask if you use curbside). Theres no option to add iced coffee to meals. The meals are only prepared upon your arrival, so you have to wait. Most of the employees seen unfamiliar with mobile orders.

The mobile ordering part does not work when I tried to mobile order the app crashes every time. Hopefully when it does work it will give options to customize food and drinks

Error message re: technical difficulty while creating account. Now when I try to access account it gives me no account with my email error, and when I try to create account it gives me account already exists error. Big circle. Waste of time. Another reminder of reasons to chose better foods than those served at McDonalds.

Used to be the perfect digital stamp card This app is slow and clunky. Bring back the old app where I could instantly pull up my coffee stamp card. There are way too many times that I see the "loading French fries" I think you guys are trying to do too much with one app. Keep it simple.

I frequently get logged out and once I try to log back in, I get a error code: 10001 This has been accruing off and on over the past two months. Please fix! Will change my review once fixed.

For the 2nd time in 2 months I have opened my app only to find that the McCafe e-punch card has reset itself. Ive lost a total of 5 McCafe purchases already.

I use this everyday... love the deals.. sometimes the site is down, like today..?. Some places offer punch cards; some do not. Hoping for consistency when site is down !

It seems the app "magically" develops technical problems around mealtime, makeover no it impossible to use the app to save money on meals. Whats up with that?

The app does not work its terrible

Used it several times very successfully. Found a BOGO deal to get my kids lunch on limited funds... And it DIED! I restarted my phone---nothing. Deleted the app, restarted again and it still wont work. Try telling your kids no after they found a deal. ?

Seems to crash a lot. Also a lot of technical difficulty errors

I only come for my free coffee and yall cheap. It shows in ya app. This the 5th time yall sign me out then I cant log back in. App never works when it needs to anyways 0/5 yall need to get ya stuff straight

As soon as I got to McDonalds it said no deals available based on location.

Too many bugs, not worth it. Terrible app

When the app works, its great. Unfortunately I have had numerous issues-cant log in, McCafe scans do not show up just to name a few. Also store employees do not have the capability to help fix any issues. This is the reason I returned as a McDonalds customer but I may once again return to a more reliable restaurant.

You will never get anything free or discount. Stores run special to make app no good. Never got my free drink. Not worth it at all. But maybe buy one thing at a time it might work. Familys forget it.

When your in the drive thru u cant even use it because it wont load or keeps crashing saying technical difficulties. Love the savings tho

I like the deals, well, if I can actually get the app to work.
