App didnt work at 2 stores. Consider hiring Dunkin Doughnuts app specialist. Their app works flawlessly. No deer in the headlights look.

Wont effectively record game pieces. Window for all game pieces covers log in. Doesnt recognize log in email, even though Ive input it several times. Email activation welcome page is sketchy and buggy. Never fully loads the welcome page either. Ugh, way to squash ALL THE FUN OUT OF McDonalds Monopoly!!!!

Waste of time if youre trying to play monopoly. Wont let you get past registration. They do realize this is an app and not a website?

When I first got the app it worked great. I enjoyed the coupons and it actually drew me into a McDonalds again. But then someone decided that it needed an update. Probably someone who wanted to impress the boss with the "see what I can do" attitude. Now the thing is absolutely useless. coupons and showing them to the cashier. It somewhat got me going into a McDonalds again; the all-day breakfast helped too! McDonalds wonders why sales were going down. Duh...youve ignored your customers with your "Henry Ford you can have it any color black you want" attitude. I bet that some senior leader is sitting in a conference room being told that the App is working exactly as it should and shown charts explaining how its growing sales and revenue. In reality, your organization (leadership) is broke. Just like the App. Bragging how great things are but providing customers with a crappy experience. I will be over at another restaurant buying lunch! Bye!

The offers dont scan at mcdonalds. They have to manually discount your order.

Tried 3 times to use the 1.00 off 20nuggets and after a 45 second wait each time the offer failed to process. What a waste. I ended up just forgoing the buck. Delete.

The app is nice looking, updates with good offers frequently, like the punchcard for the beverages, extra offers when local team wins, but thats the extent of the usage of the app. I have not been able to use a single offer or coupon at a McDonald store. The cashiers either dont know to use it or most times the coupon code is not accepted by their system nor is the bar code accepted. In the end I pay full price and dont get any offers. Due to this it is absolutely useless. Love using the Dunkin Donuts app or even Taco Bell, Panera Bread, etc. Someone needs to rethink this app in conjunction with the system being used at the McDonald locations.

Geez McDonalds!! I expect more out of the countrys number one fast food restaurant. This app works less than half the time. I never know if my coffee punch is going to be recorded and the coupons beep, but then arent deducted. This app is junk and Im left in disbelief that you would put out this kind of product.

This app worked great for a while and then all of a sudden (most certainly after an update) I cant even log in. No matter if I manually enter in my info or try to link Google or Facebook, it just keeps saying that information is incorrect. I even made a new account and it still doesnt work. Very annoyed!!

McDonalds lures you in with special offers if you create a login with your email address. After you do that, McDonalds then refuses to show offers unless you allow location services so that McDonalds can track your exact location every minute of everyday. Wow, very creepy!! App deleted.

Completely useless! I cant even sign in! It doesnt recognize my login. So when I register again it tells me Im already registered! F this app!
