This App does not work! I have attempted to use the McCafe punch card at three different location that the App said were participating and the App hasnt recorded a single purchase. Also, employees must be trained to use this App for the buy one get one offers. App is a waste of time.

When I first downloaded the app there were new coupons each week, just as advertised. For the past few weeks there have been no new offers. Whats the point in having the app if there arent any coupons?

I downloaded this app regardless of the plethora of negative feedback behind it, because... free food! The coupons are great on here, I save money by using them, and its fantastic--or it would be if the coupons would work!! There is a McCafe punchcard that they have, something a lot of stores used to do but no longer do, so I was really excited! Buy 5 McCafe drinks and get one free.. Well I have bought 3 so far, and it says I have only bought one. You have to wait 12 hours for it to pop up, and it has been days and a couple weeks since I purchased the others. So is it really buy 7 get one? Or buy 10 get one? This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are going to have something like this, actually have it WORK so customers dont get scammed! Simply, they need to fix this app now. They are going to lose money because people who have this app like McDonalds, and you are only turning off loyal customers. Im already getting turned away because of this app, and it makes me wanna go around and tell people to stop eating at McDs. For a multimillion dollar company, a simple app shouldnt be THAT HARD TO GET RIGHT! FIX it!! You are cheating your customers and TICKS me off!! Those considering this app, please dont download it until they fix it. I promise, it will only make you mad. I have only had the app for about a month and Im already getting screwed over. It might work a couple times for you, but I promise it wont work long and the stress will be greater than the $1 you get off at purchase. This app has great potential for the customers and the company, but right now the company is focused on getting more money than their loyal customers. Completely worthless app.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever had. It rarely works and is maddening when I get to the drive-up window and they have to summon the manager because of the "network is down" error messages. You would think McDs could afford some decent IT people...

I like the offers/coupons this app offers -- when they actually work. Im lucky if I get half the punches on my virtual McCafe punchcard that I earn. Cashiers either dont get any type of verification a drink code has resistered, or they, too, are so frustrated by the process they could care less. I miss the stickers. :(

My meal was free because using a bogo free large fry offer crashed their computer. Im okay with that!

Please dont waste your time on this crappy app, it doesnt work for most stores, it is an embarrassment when you get declined.

The original McDonalds app was great and got me going back to McDonalds. Whoever changed it needs to get fired fast.

Very bad app all around, just like the company. Im hating it.

Made me feel sick from one cheese burger for the rest of the day the app would be 2 stars for the OK work they put into making a crap app

So frustrating to use for McCafe Rewards especially. I spend a lot of money per month buying coffee $5/day for coffee alone and if I use a coupon from the app I cant collect my rewards! I also cant use if Im on the phone and I have conference calls I have to be on. I liked the sticker rewards better! The employees dont even know how to use these codes and the scanners for applying either. Totally frustrating!

Tried to login with Facebook and keeps saying error, about to delete this.

I showed up with a Buy 1 Get 1 coupon through the McDonalds Mobile App. The scanner did not work and the cashier immediately mumbled to her manager, "We have another customer with a coupon". The manager started ranting out loud about how coupons will no longer be honored because her McDonalds location is taking a hit for this -- Why do I need to know this? I used to be able to utilize the punch card when I ordered McCafe and if I had a coupon use it. Now they tell me I cannot "combine" my order with the app(?) If I use the app and get the $1 off I will NOT get credit for my purchase!! I show NO credit punches for 4 coffee purchases and I should have been rewarded by now cause I had 1. Also the employees dont have a clue how to use the app and once they took my phone from my hand and dropped it cause they didnt have a scanner by the window. Luckily my case saved the drop! iPhone6s $800 replacement. So why bother if I can go to Starbucks and get credit for my purchase and points?! App is an utter FAIL!

This app wont load offers in my hometown. Leave town offers load!?!?! Also Ive tried 6 different nickname just to rate app!

Very frustrating experience, the app doesnt work

Horrible response time. Took too long to start up the app and for the offers to load up. Thumbs down.

Downloaded the app went to use one of the offers wouldnt accept the coupon even though I followed the instructions about spending $20 and getting four dollars off my total,cashier tried several times to scan the qr code still wouldnt work even entering the code manually still wouldnt work. Uninstalled soon after

The app doesnt really do much it gives you some coupons but doesnt really do much beyond that. Would be nice if you could use the app to pay or to load money onto your phone and not have to carry cash or a card. And the biggest improvement would be to order from the phone and just pick it up for quicker service instead of waiting in the long drive through lines.

Ive been loggin in using my google account and now it just wont let me in. I tried everything but I guess they dont want me using their app anymore. Even when I try to register using a different email, it doesnt log me in either. Get your sht together McDonalds! Anyway, I was enjoying the free stuff and coupons
