Piece of crap. New app is crap. Whats the deal??????

I've used the app for some time now. I've add connection issues at times but the app would always load. Now when I try to open it crashes. When it works I like it. Please fix ASAP. iPhone 5

McDonalds app stinks! Was working fine then all of a sudden not! I should've had a free Mcafe a few times now-those things are not cheap! Do something!!!!!!

I just downloaded the app & it's not even letting me register!

I loved the McDonald's app when it worked, but now for several weeks it does not work at all. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it - still not working.

This app sucks. I couldn't use any of the coupons. The cashier scanned several times and it didn't work. They wouldn't honor any of the coupons ...he didn't try to enter the coupon code. Definitely a bait and switch.

Everything was going great and then... Kaput! I'm one of those few million who are too poor to upgrade to the latest and greatest device, so I'm stuck way back there with the ancient Galaxy S3. Yep, just when I was "lovin' it," somebody got the brilliant idea to update your app. Now when I go to Play Store to download the new one it says my device is not compatible. Ugh! And yes, the firmware is updated on my phone.

Whenever I go to McDonald's the app doesn't work. It seems like a bait and switch, horrible!

The new McDonald's app doesn't work, as hundreds of other people have commented on below. McDonald's you need to fix it quickly, go back to the old app (which worked great), or be ready to lose a lot of business!

Whoever designed the new app should be fired!! What a lousy design. Earned rewards don't show up all the time. Hate it!!!

The app is so HORRIBLE and rarely opens....It is nice to be able to get BOGO items like the grilled chicken sandwiches, egg mcmuffins and egg white delights when you can actually use the app. I have watched the bouncy fries so much, that I had nightmares about them chasing me. lol

The app is absolutely worthless, no longer works AT ALL, will attempt to open then just shuts off. Used to use it quite often...loved the buy 5 get one free, guess I'll use a different place for morning coffee runs :(

This mccafe app will not take a full mobile number in the field? Why not?

I liked the old app, but the new one is a rip off. I had a free frappe until the new update and now it is gone. Also when I look to see what is available and go to drive through then the app suddenly goes down and I can't use my code. Acts like there is a code scrambler at Mcdonalds. Not once but every time I go through. I may have to find a new place togo.

Why default us to a Facebook login? And it's not letting me in with my gmail or yahoo logins. Worked for a year before this update. Heading to Wendy's next door. Where's the Beef?!!

What a piece of shit. Crap! I hate it! No facebook login option and i tried so many times to make a new id but it crashes all the time and most of the time it says "mobile must be unique" wth does that mean"? I have an Iphone 6s. Isn't unique enough? My username, email, password everything is correct so why is this happening?

NEW APP SUCKS!! Fire the person that designed the new worthless junk.
