I thought it was just me. I complained to a regional manager who checks in on franchises & the local manager on Jan 3rd, who just so happened to have been at McDonalds I stopped by for a Frapee. Voiced my opinion about the app...sadly they felt the same! Now my app isn't working. Back to DD for my beverages!

So when the Bengals win (RARE) I get a Free Quarter Pounder with Cheese via the APP. Totally excited, I drove to McDonald's, put in my order, get to the window to pay and BAM! The App is DOWN!!! Go figure... Old App was MUCH easier to navigate, better offers, etc.
I used the app this morning with not problem, but now I can't sign in. :( This is the message I get -- "Unknown result code 1003#"
After clicking thru several pages, App wouldnt recogniz a sign in. Un-installwd App, then fresh Alp re-install, with different EMail account. Still won't recognize sign-in

I used to love the old app. Easy to read , loaded easily. A lot of stuff that were eligible for coupons. This new app is a joke. They only have 3 items for discount, none of them breakfast items & it is much longer to load.... With those stupid French fries that just keep bouncing around. I'm not going back until they go back to old app
Unable to get app to open on iPhone 5s. Gets into a loop where it says to update. When in try to update it takes me back to the app in a never ending loop. Please help
Last week I attempted to use the app at my favorite McDonald's resturant and it told me it was time to update. I clicked ok and it took me to the Play Store but the app said my phone wouldn't support the new app! I'm running Android 5.1.1 on LG Leon. WHAT'S HAPPENING!??! When I open e pp there is a box that says Time for an Upgrade. If I hit OK it goes to a download page that says my device is not compatible with new version. Scrolling to the bottom it says Beta is full. The problem is there does not seem a way to just get to the current app. No other alternatives but OK. No setting to ignore new installs. Anyone know a way around?

About a month ago the app stopped working for me as well! It is so nice to see that everyone else is having the same problem. It opens, the Fries break apart and then it shuts down and it won't let me open even if I dump it and re-download it. And I can't seem to find anywhere where McDonald's is addressing this issue… I've stopped going to McDonald's for this specific reason.
This app has major problems I tried to sign in today(12/08/16 AM) and I kept getting the message that my username / password was wrong and it was not. Later that evening I tried using the same username / password and it worked. I bought some items this AM but I will not get credit for it. It appears it remembers the time frame you use it and then will not let you sign in to get credit for it at a later date. I never have this problem at Panera's. I am very disappointed with McDonald's APP
The app does not work all the time. Buy 5 mccafes and get one free. Purchased two this week with no credit. I ordered and drive to the pay window and the French fries just keep jumping and the code buy 5 deal or any deal will not come up even tried inside store with free WiFi and still the French fries kept jumping. It is a sorry system.

Used to use the app all the time. Loved the buy one get one happy meals. Now the app opens and immediately shuts down! What the fudge !!! Fix it!!!!
Something is wrong with this app I try and log in using Facebook just like I always do then it says can't log in with Facebook at this time or something like that I get a coffee every day and I should have a free one today and can't use it because I can't sign in. Tried using app 4 times, it worked once. I just get the bouncing fries..
The slowness of the app is obviously purposeful. It prevents users from using deals, leaving them the options of either buying something normal price or leaving without getting anything. I choose the latter whenever the app doesn't load in time, even if they made my food already...I still just leave.
