I had the same issues reported here. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the coupon issue is fixed. I can see all offers now. I have no idea if the app's coffee punch card is now working.

The app stopped working on Android, too, after updating. The new design is pretty (explain the bouncing fries, please), but it doesn't work.

The recent update has rendered the McDonald's app utterly useless. It -NEVER- connects anymore. I never had any problems before it and used to recommend it to people regularly. Please, please, please fix or just go back to the previous version.

I have an android. Give me back the old app. I lost a full 5 punch reward and have missed at least 7 punches. Yes I drink touch coffee, but I was loyal to Mc Donalds. Keeps asking me to login, then tells me to login later and freezes the screen. HOW MUCH LATER ????? It's making me frustrated by the time I get to the window to order. Fix it or I will go to Tim Horton's everyday and multiple times a day. Get with it Ronald!!!!

The latest update is great at getting me to go across the street to Carl's Jr. Thank you McDonald's app developers.

3 times so far I have bought number 5 beverage but it never shows. Just like everybody else. Ever since the update. The app has gone to crap.

I don't have an iPhone but everything reported here is also happening to me on my android. Like others, after the update it became useless. Probably a blessing in disguise, since it has kept me from eating there since it stopped working.

Ever since the app updated about a week ago, it does not load. I am unable to view offers or redeem offers. Piece of crap. Fix the app

Great deals if you can connect. So far I've missed out on two punches, my free drink and $1 discount. No response from the IT people. Not very good customer service. Can't blame the people behind the counter. Not in their hands

New Update does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Piece of Shit. They can't understand why their stock is falling? If they can't even get a working app on the internet, think about what they are doing with the franchises. Used to work perfectly...new update crashed everything. McDonald's listen to your customers fix it or roll over to the old app.

Every time I use I have to log in. I buy a Frappe every morning today I bought the 5th one on my app today & my rewards still show I haven't bought any!!! I ask @ my McDonalds but they said all they do is honor it but can't answer any questions about it & had no idea who to call unless the Corporation. I've done my part but I want my free ones I have lost tomorrow will be 2.

Started using the app one week ago. Used it every day! Now can't connect!!! Grrrr!!!!

I've been using this app for months and would only acasionally not come up, but since I updated and ironically got a free Mc cafe drink, the app will not let me log in. This sucks I get coffee there everyday and look forward to the free caramel frappe

Help-desk System sent me a new password and did not read my service request. They must be subbing the tech work out to a third world nation.

App stopped working and I see that the complaints date back up to 3 months. Clearly they are not bothered as they are losing business. At least Subway still has a deal running at $3.50, Burger King is still there, and I will be going to Canada for Tim Horton's as well.

App seldom works. I have to load it from home before leaving because it doesn't work in the restaurants. Usually anywhere I try it says there's an error.

New and improved app. Got tired of seeing sign in error, now says something glitchy happened. Thank you for anther worthless update
