Worked great for weeks. Can't even log in now. Keep getting "something went wrong" error. Funny how it happened when it was time for my free mccafe. So frustrating.

A few weeks ago, there was an update to the app according to an email from McDonalds, after the update was no longer able to sign in. I sent an email through the website and was told I would be contacted. Never heard again. I established a new account for the app and all was well until yesterday, No longer able to access the "Deals"

App is crap. Can't sign in. And leaving a comment here is a total waste of time cause nobody is smart enough to read any of the feed back let alone fix the problem

Worked at firt. Worked great. now for 3 weeks wont me in. even have a free drink.very disappointed.

App never completes loading of the offers. In a constant spin up which drains other resources on your phone. Very frustrating -- complete waste of time. McDonalds iPhone is CRAP!!!

I've used this app for quite sometime with minimal glitches. I go to McDonalds daily for McCafe & have been quite upset that the app hasn't worked for two weeks now. Won't let me sign in & their tech support is a joke when you call them. McDonalds is quite a large company to be able to afford to hire a great tech team!

App worked fine for a while now it won't let me login at all complete waste of time I had for punches on the card and it also does not update your punches after you go through the drive-through lousy app needs to update it, need to fix i, I need to make it work so that we can use it out here. Complete waste of time to register will not allow you to sign in come on McDonald's you're big enough to figure this out get it working right

App worked good until I got a new iPhone now won't let me login wish Berger king was close by wouldn't even come here

Worked for a little while, now it wont let me sign in no matter what I do. I even tried deleting and reinstalling and using different email addresses. I wish they could create a functional app.

I had a large order so I decided to download the app. It was simple to register and login right away so that I could find a coupon. I will always pull up this app before ordering! It functioned perfectly...the only thing that would have made it easier was if the coupons or coupon page stated "one coupon per order." Thanks!

Does not work! Horrible Server!!! NO stars!

Will not let a person use the punch card coupon with another. Has trouble loading sometimes and is very slow. A company as big as McDonalds and this is what we get? Wow!

I just want to open the app, get a coupon, pay and go. Too many options, too complicated. Is there a reason your competition has 5 stars? Its the simplicity that counts! Takes me 10 seconds to redeem a coupon in BK app, and no need to sign up.... No one has time for it.

App is horrible. Will not allow me to log in. Says My email is not in the system. Will not allow me to connect to Facebook or Google+ its a complete waste of space

The punch card for the free McCafé item only works if you dont use a coupon in the same purchase. There have been more than 3 times this has happened to me. And since punches dont show up right away, there is no way to immediately see that your purchase was applied or not.

A total waste of time!

Wonderful app. Great deals, free offers, frequent updates. My only issue is that you cant use it to pay but Im sure thats in the works.

For some reason I cant log in. I pressed the Facebook logo and Google + but nothing happened. A dialogue box comes up and says invalid password or email address.

Other than occasional slow loading app has been flawless for me. Coupons refresh a couple times a week and both local stores accept them. Murica!

Not a good app. I downloaded it. Found a coupon. Went to the McDonalds near me and they wouldnt accept it. And the manager was actually rude and dissed me when I was perturbed they would accept it. Hate McDonalds now. Will never go there again.
