When I open the app all I get is the loading symbol. I have tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, even deleting and redownloading. All I get is a loading symbol

I downloaded it for the offers, and I havent tried them yet, but they look promising. However, its just a low-quality app. Instead of building a native app, McDonalds has scraped together a pretty crappy cross-platform product. Its somewhat unresponsive and just kludgy to use. McD Corporation is basically a marketing entity. Im surprised they wouldnt invest in a better consumer-facing app. Also, menus dont reflect regional availability (our Hawaii menus are somewhat different), and the coupons are vague as to what qualifies. Just surprised its not a more slick experience.

Most of the time I dont get credit for the McCafe purchases and it seems like a scam to get people to buy their coffee, thinking they will get a free one eventually. Big corporation like yours should have this app tweaked and working perfectly.

I only use this to see the menu not anything else. So yeah

This is the quickest way to get your app deleted. Forgetting my login between updates. *poof* your app is now deleted. With less deals visible to me Ill go back to visiting your store once a year. Ill consider installing it again for 10 free sausage egg mcmuffin. Nothing less.

My app notified me of free fries Friday. I went to the store to use the coupon and they looked at me like what the heck?! Denied me using it. I guess nobody uses this app junk.

Glitchy app

App doesnt work and the company doesnt care because people buy their garbage anyway. Stop spending money and they will start improving their quality out of necessity. Most McDonalds do not redeem offers for this app, and if you are lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the offers, they block your account if you cost them too much money.

Cant buy a Happy Meal via the app.... Really? I go to submit feedback via the app and the Click Here for feedback on this app link does not work... Unreal! I explore the coupons and find that I need to scan a QR code to get the coupon. Now how in the hell am I supposed to do that when Im using the app on my phone... Do I need two phones to get a coupon? Why not just a link apply coupon to order link...? Whoever approved this app is not worth any amount of money that your paying them.

so many stores not accepting this app...total waste of time and phone space. particularly plenty of mcdo restaurants in new york city. why bother making an app if its useless!

Super bad ... App .. Happened twice, punchcard keep disappearing, when I was ready to use after buying 5 cafe, all gone .. Very disappointing

You can get coupons which arent even all that great but unlike subway/Taco Bell, you cant order and pay for food ahead of time which would be the only use. Waste of time.

The punchcard for McCafe drinks does not work. It doesnt keep track of how many you purchased.
