So my wife and I were planning to go to McD for a 4th meal and of course I pull out the app to try and get some free stuff or discounts and its crashed yet again. But hey, at least the dancing fries are still there. UGH!!!

Hasnt worked in weeks! Error -10001, no login, no deals. I guess its Taco Bell time.

Not sure how it works-cant use it. This app insist on you turning on your location rather than just punching in a zip code. Its just not worth the trouble.

Great deals. Easy to use. Doesnt have prices of anything which seems absolutely ridiculous to me.

I recently came back to McDonalds because the amazing promos keep up the good work, keep adding promotions people like thats how you keep your fan base.

Doesnt let you log in. Worst app ever. Always had this problem. McDonalds are you kidding me ???

Logged me out and ever since havent been able to use the app Ive tried logging in numerous times and the app just says theyre having technical difficulties and error, other than that it says something about not being registered with an eCP. Not worth it, never works and employees do not know how the app works.

The app has stopped working recently I cannot log in via email or Facebook, nor can I reset my password. I just get technical error messages.

This app never works. Its useless. Im shocked that such a successful company would have such a terrible app.

Whenever I log on to see the deals its usually 3 min prior to ordering and it logs me out from my account and wont let me back in. Ive made 3 accounts so far but they all will not let me back in because Im locked out of them for no reason. Its very very annoying

My husband and I are seniors. We absolutely love the app. When were traveling we stop quite a bit at McDonalds and no we can rely on the clean great fast food. I was in the McDonalds restaurant here in South Elgin Illinois as were traveling and has the most beautiful restrooms I have ever seen in a McDonalds. Plus the outside is so beautiful with pink beautiful flower bushes. We had met a lady there that is one of their counter people and she is the sweetest person enjoy her when we visit for our latte and eight white delight muffin in the morning

The app crashes when using drive thru.

This app fails to register your frappes on a regular basis. It will erase your accumulated drinks before you can redeem for your free one. There is no way to log your purchase if your frappe is part of a larger order. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

The deals are great when it works, which is not that often.

I never write reviews but this app is so bad that I have to review it. The log in process is so faulty and I constantly get "malformed data encountered". I cant use it and keep reinstalling it. McDonalds, please ask Starbucks for help with your app. Theyve gotten it right. This isnt rocket science - many corporations are doing this successfully.

When it works its great, but lately Ive been getting a lot of error codes. Thank goodness the McDonalds employees near me are still willing to honor the deals even if they cant scan them.

they have some great coupons. started off great a few months ago. I probably spent more money than I usually would at mcds but I was definitely getting good deals (free McCafé, free fries, free iced coffee, etc). over the past couple of weeks, 8 times out of 10 I cant login. thought it was Facebook, so tried my gmail too. nope. frustrating I cant fulfill my desire to be a fatty at a discount
