App crash for days. Rarely works properly for iPhone.

It works grate the first time but then it stops working and you lose all the the points ...

It is impossible to sign in and it does not work........ please fix

I opened the app, looked at all the "exclusive deals", only to find that every single one of them expired today! Remove the expired coupons!

If I can get the app to open then my local McDs either has a broken scanner or the coupons wont work . Frustrating because I will tailor my order to the coupon but then all they can say is it doesnt work, no explanation or help

Getting my deals without issue!

Ive given this app multiple chances and it just doesnt work. The coupons never work. They try scanning them and when that doesnt work, they type in the code and it always comes up "not a valid coupon". Some McDonalds will honor it, while others dont. Its frustrating and not worth holding up the line.

So I just downloaded this app and I wanted to give it a shot. Im confused because there website saids that "you can beat the lines", I ordered two coffees on the app and went to go pick them up, when I got there at the location there was a huge line I went ahead of everyone and I asked for my order, it turns out that no one knew how to bring up the online order or if they had gotten a notification that they had a pending order. I was embarrassed because all their customer were upset with me for cutting to the front and my orders werent ready.. McDonalds you have failed me.

I dont think many Mcdonalds customers are tech savvy. This app is great! It works every time Ive used it!

How come the app seems to not work everyone Im in the vicinity of a McDonalds ? ?

At first, this app was working very well. And then it just stopped working. Every time I go to McDonalds and open my app, it conveniently crashes and displays a technical error message. My suggestion, when it allows you to open the app, take screen shots of all the coupons so you can use them when you need....just dont pass the exp date.

I cant access the deals section of the app , when I login its saying theres technical issues please fix this guys !

The app when working, is great. Im able to cash in on all the deals that are available, saving me a lot of money. Furthermore, when the app is not working, I am not able to log in, nor cash in on the deals. The app is always experiencing technical difficulties, especially when Im really looking forward to using it. Im not a cheap person, but I love to cash in on the deals. The technical difficulties are annoying.

Login errors. Not very easy to use.

This app is wonderful when it works. But it stops working ALL THE TIME and makes me log in, but then doesnt actually log in, just gives an error.

Wont let me see them deals saying theres technical difficulties or something and I tired logging like 4 times I even deleted and reinstalled Doesnt work Fix this Why this happening yall Mmkay bye I love the app but not when its broke

Logs you out all the time right when you go to use it then says error when you try to log in

The last update asks for an email to sign up and I have never had to do this. After I tried signing up the app just gives me an error code and does not work or let me use coupons at all. The app is completely useless now.

This is McDonalds first app so I wouldnt expect much. It worked for me, for the longest. Sometimes it will say no deals in the middle of the night.. I think thats cause they were updating it or something. Who knows. Today, it just stopped opening. So it just closes on itself after I click on it. Even after I restart my phone. So I deleted and redownloaded the app. Now it doesnt let me log in around 1-3am

Days when i really want something i go to the app, but most of the times it be having technical difficulties.
