McDonald's App Reviews

The McDonalds app has not let me view any deals twice now. Both times I was forced to log in and still could not view the deals on the app and then the deals I had before that happened were gone.

As near as I can tell, the latest update to the application has taken away all the rewards I had accumulated.

It never connects!

App will not let me log in. It gives a malformed day error or a report that they are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately coupons cant be used unless I am l logged in.

By far, this is the best food app for great deals. I have tried many. Only 4 stars because lately, my app has been showing "technical difficulties" quite frequently. Hope the bugs get fixed.

Easy way to save money and the crew knew how to use it, no issues here. Thinking the people who gave bad reviews dont have good cell phone service?

Dear McDonalds you should get a real app developer silicon valley.... How can you tolerate the app at one or two star?

Please fix this. It cannot work at all for hours at a time. Cant login

I thought this would be great but every time the coupons dont work. ill try again today.

Signed up for Mc Café rewards-buy five smoothies get a free one. Right after purchasing the fifth smoothie my app tells me I have zero purchases and zeros smoothies purchased.!?

I have saved so much money, this is the best app ever I love it. Better than sex.

These coupons are loaded often and always come in handy when I dine at McDs

When I first for the app it worked great. Have gotten a few coffees here and there, some good discounts too but I dont know if its the new update but its been deleting my coffee purchases. I have to start all over again. Discounts are ok but please fix the coffee discount. Its annoying.

i can go to my local mcdonalds and get an egg mcmuffin with a folded egg. i can also add an iced coffee to my order. so, i thought to myself, "hey! the app could make that process even easier!" nope. the options for customization of orders in the app are laughable, at best. the chick fil a app, in contrast, gives you options for nearly whatever you want. for a company as big as mcdonalds, they could surely pay the extra money to have a more robust database for that app so that you could have all the options for ordering that are truly available.

Input my order and card info and proceeded to check out. Received notification that payment would not be charged until I checked in. Gave me a confirmation number and told me to go to one of the locations listed below to check in but each item (drive thru, curbside and dine in) were all marked out. I hit "Got it" thinking I would just park anywhere and check in and then the app crashed. Tried opening the app about 20 times and it would immediately crash. Turned my phone on and off, that didnt help. Uninstalled and reinstalled and then it opened. Went to my recent orders and it said I didnt have any but it kept my card information which was the last thing I entered. Waste of time. Dont bother its just a headache.

Funny that it works fine for me, UNTIL I pull up to McDonalds to order. Then it crashes. Its like it knows youre ready to use a coupon and doesnt want you to save money. Thankfully the workers have still validated my coupon of choice when this happens but it makes it more difficult.

Great app when it works.. seems like anytime Im near a McDonalds the app has technical difficulties. Very frustrating. I started to take screen shots of my coupons before I go to McDonalds so I can use the codes.

The deals that are offered on the app are exceptional, if the store even takes them! McDonalds are all franchised so many dont accept them, which defeats the point of this. But its very unwieldy to use, logs you out after every use, and is down probably every other day for no explained reason. This app is worth getting, if only for the deals, but dont count on it working.

Literally, every time I try to use the coupons they pop up until Im ready to actually use them then they disappear as if the app was made to only lure me into the restaurant. As always, theyre employees are also very rude. They cant even smile, say hello, or thank you.
