This app is great when it works. The problem is half the time it doesnt work!

Went to use it the 1st time at a location for mobile ordering and couldnt log into the app due to technical difficulties Boo?

This app is terrible. It doesnt work more than it does. Would give zero stars if I could. Used to work better but lately doesnt ever work

I downloaded this because our MLB team had a deal where if you had the app you could get something free if they hit a home run. I downloaded the app and went to McDonalds, excited for my Fanta Blue Raspberry freeze. Except when I got to the restaurant about 10 minutes later, the app wouldnt load any of the deals. I let it go and figured something was wrong with my signal at the restaurant. Now Im back in my office and I cant even log into the app. It doesnt matter how I try, Facebook, Google, or my own email I get an error about malformed data. Uninstalling and re-downloading doesnt help. Its safe to say I wont be using this ever again considering it didnt even work for 15 minutes.

The timing for technical difficulties is a little suspect. Most of my attempts to use the app for lunch have failed. It seems to work fine when I dont need it.

The more this app updates, the slower it gets. Many glitches

App does horrible job of logging in to view the deals. Get stuck in endless loop of having to log in and then having the app log you out. End up wasting a lot of time trying to log in. App is essentially useless.

Horrible app. I dont frequent McDs much, but Id like a deal when I do. Theres no way to log into this thing.

The app constantly logs me out and doesnt let me sign back in without saying there is an error also it sometimes says that there are no deals available when it isnt true. This app is broken and it would be a good idea to avoid bothering trying to use it.

This app has been working fine since I first downloaded it. Before today that is. Today I was not logged in even though I set it to stay logged in. Then I couldnt log in or register even after trying 5-10 times in a row. I deleted the app so I could download it again. At first it wouldnt work then after it worked, I still couldnt log in. Theyre "experiencing technical difficulties". Are you kidding me?! I decided to make an order and ask about the free ice cream deal that I saw. The cashier told be the deal wasnt available. She didnt offer an explanation or a compromise or even an apology. She couldnt be bothered to smile. She took my money then proceeded to ignore me. Why do I keep coming back to this crappy place? Unlike their slogan, McDonalds is not worth it. Save yourself some aggravation and dont download this terrible app. Im updating to say that this app is worse than ever. I was willing to give it another shot, mostly so I could have free fries today. But I was logged out of myaccount without permission. And now I cant log back in, not with my username and password or my email address. I tried registering again but that gave me an error. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Didnt work. Just stay away from this app unless you want to lose your sanity

The McDonalds App continuously takes forever to load, or never loads at all. The app is always logging me out and whenever I try to use the app for deals it just wont load. Update this already!

McDonalds needs to focus on the Big Mac instead of Big Data

The deals are good.. but good luck trying to open the app at the check out window. Worst app ever. The employees wont even adjust the price even when they see the app failing to load the coupon. Its better not to have an app than to have a bad app causing bad customer experience !

This latest update stinks! I can never get logged in. I cant use the deals because of app errors. Its always crashing. I may quit using it and avoid McDonalds like I did for a long time anyway. Terrible app right now

App is advertised as having exclusive deals. Only thing is that the deals never load. The other app features work just fine while attempting to load the deals results in error messages.

Lots of getting kicked out, you havent registered errors. I have had to reinstall on my elderly moms phone many times. My daughter finally gave up, it says shes registered but she cant log in period. Very frustrating app.

Cant log in or create an account through any of the methods listed. Cant view the menu even.

The app is never up and running. It crashes. Dont try to use a coupon if you get to small fries because they wont let you do it. Neither associates, the management, or corporate know how the app works nor how to fix problems. It is very frustrating.

Most recent updates has errors with the log in feature. System would not recognize a registered account, Facebook or google login information. Neither will it allow you to reset the password or register a new account. Attention McDonalds - App developers... instead or being concerned about pushing updates out to users based on schedule- invest in a test platform and quality assurance/testers which would elevate such issues.
