This app used to work fine. Slow, but fine. I chalk the slow part up to my iPhone 5. Now it wont even open. Crashes before it even opens. Please update it and fix this problem!

App crashes constantly & all "deals" are lost. Needs major overhaul! #McCrap App

App works perfectly fine for me.

If you dont choose to allow the incredibly invasive "allow app to access your location even when youre not using the app" option, the app is unusable. Even though theres an option to manually set your location, it just returns an error saying that you have to enable location services. If you care about battery life/privacy/not having your personal details sold, then avoid this app like the plague. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

Love the app! Use it all the time. However, Im disappointed in the McCafe earn a free one. Every time I get close to getting a free one, all my stamps disappear! Please fix this.

Ever since I updated a few months ago it has become a piece of garbage. It takes like 10 minutes to even get on the screen and then none of the cashiers could get it to work. The concept is good but its a piece of trash!!!

I cant use the app to order like advertised, I cant create an account... this app is a waste of space on my phone

9/10 times, the app crashes after you go to McDonalds and try to pull it up and use it. If it doesnt crash, the store says their end has crashed.

My app worked when I first got it, then it stopped working after awhile and kept trying to redownload/ sign out and log in multiple times to make it work but that didnt happen so I deleted it. I decided after a few months to give it another shot, maybe they updated it. Luckily, it works again! So I have changed my 2 star to a 5 star!

Worst app ever. Doesnt work. Put in zip code..." no locations found" yet Im sitting in the restaurant. Tried another way putting in city & state.....still couldnt find it. Tried a major city zip....still cant find it. Tried looking up menu....pop up wants me to CONTINUOUSLY SIGN IN.....WONT GO AWAY. APP STUCK IN LIMBO. RIDICULOUS.

This app is full of "errors" that prevent me from accessing my account and using my coupons.

Your app is one of the worst ones Ive come across. Its never working, always having some kind of system error going on. Always makes me log back in then I cant get back in cause something went wrong. I hate using it now.

I literally cannot press the displayed button options half of the time and I have seen the same exact "deals" the last 3 times I have downloaded it to try and use it....

Works but whenever Im near a McDonalds place, it crashes. Used to work whenre Im near one but now it crashes and wont let me login no matter how many times I try to login.

The app USED to work well. You pull up, the first window scans it, you get your "punch card" punched or your discount applied and pay. Simple. Lately, say since June 2017 or so, the McCafe punch card shows "not available" half the time, it sometimes wont open the app at all. I get McCafe beverages frequently, and now the app has basically become worthless to me when I really enjoyed it just 2 months ago. Whatever company is doing it now, really is doing a poor job. Fix this McDs! I need my Frappe fix. Till you do Im going to a competitor.

WARNING, do not use the @McDonalds app at the Berkeley, CA location or maybe any location. My linked @Visa was fraudulently charged tonight for a mobile order at the Berkeley location. I used a coupon yesterday there but paid with a different card. That was the 1st & only time I have ever been to the Berkeley location. Besides having my credit card info stolen & charged for another order the next day, the service was horrible & the food was even worse. To make matters worse, I have been calling for the last hour with no answer & just a default answering machine. Im going to write corporate tomorrow.

Im rating 5/5 only to make up for the horrible low rating this app has. I dont get what the problem is... Ive used this app many times, the McDonalds employees simply scan my coupon and bam, free 6 piece McNuggets with any purchase (when the local sports team wins a game), or free medium fries with any purchase on fridays. This app is awesome and saves you money if you like McDonalds. Ive never had a problem with this app, even when at the airport McDonalds they still honor the coupons.

Let me get 2 Big Macs and 2 Apple Pies, a little bit of Sprite and a side of fries. Let me get a McDouble, let me get a McChicken, hot sauce, make sure that its kicking. I want a Bundt cake and a parfait, two of each, I really had a hard day. Lemme get a McFlurry. Two of those: one M&M, one Oreos, I want everything on the dollar menu and a burger with jalapeños. Lemme get a snack wrap for my backpack, better not tax that, add duck sauce, no Aflac. Taking everything to go so pack that in a black bag, High-Rez eating all the flapjacks. Did you get all that?

What is the point of having an app if it doesnt work? The first one they put out was amazing and it has gone down hill every update since, why mess with it in the first place?! Im deleting it waste of space on my already crowded phone.... a 3 year old could build a better app.

Do I have to register to buy a Big Mac when I walk into your store? Thats ludicrous. Making me register to buy a Big Mac with your app is the same. Just let me use Apple Pay as guest. Dont track my location in the background, thats evil. Just put the customer interests FIRST and people will use your app. Dont get greedy.
