I downloaded this today, and I cannot login at all. Ive tried everything and it either says I already have an account or that the account doesnt exist or some other error. I even tried resetting my supposed password. Grr...

through the drive-through for about 20 minutes finally got up to the window to pay and the coupon would not load anymore didnt buy anything

Mcdonalds app has fake deals! I live a block a way from mcdonalds so I figured Id signed up for it. After signing up, I have several deals. After just signing up, I decided to walk to mcdonalds to purchase some deals I got. When I opened the app, I got signed out and when I signed in theres no deals available anymore. What a waste of my time!

This app is down almost everyday. Its very frustrating for me. With a company as big as McDonalds, Id expect a better app

I have tried on several different occasions to use the coupons as soon as I get to the register technical difficulties or coupons dont scan. It is EMBARRASSING!!! Employees and managers cant help and app support is useless. Waste of time multiple different times

Ive been using the McDs app for months with no problems.. that is until recently. Every time I open the app it requires me to login and then doesnt allow me too. Very frustrating. I would appreciate if McDs would acknowledge the problem within the app. If its a geographical problem they could notify those people. I mean it does use our location.

The app is always down… Experiencing technical difficulties or malformed data. This is ridiculous! Complete waste of time! What a joke!

I dont know who is working for McDonalds as a program developer but someone needs to update the app and fix the technical issues. Theres some sort of bug that doesnt allow me to log in even if I have the password & username correct. It just give me an error message. I cant log in with email or my Facebook account. The first time this happened, i created a new account using an alternate email address but this time I dont know if I want to create a THIRD mcdonalds account and risk getting locked out of that one too. Its such a shame, I thought something was wrong with my phone but it seems that everyone is having the same problem. McDonalds is a great app when you can actually access the deals! Until they can fix this login problem, I rate the app one star because logging in is essential to being able to use the app.

Why would you break something that was working? I cant get deals, I cant log in. This is a useless waste of space now.

I am getting a lot of what I have read in the reviews. It works, Im logged in, then Im at McDonalds and it asks me to log in and register. After about 3 times of trying to re-register, it either says error message whatever or is unable to process at this time. So for those of you that say it is fine, dont say it is user error, because you would have no idea what others are going though. Keeping it because it does have good deals, but I have lived without them this long that when it does work I love it, but when it doesnt, well no harm no foul.

Always has technical difficulties... esp when Im going to buy something from McD... great timing.

This app is a joke

9 out of 10 times the app fails and its very annoying. Its great for the deals but it just doesnt work. Ronald, help us!!! Now, you cant even log in! Very glitchy!

McDonalds advertised a free McDouble when downloading the app because the local baseball team got a double play. Unfortunately for us (surprisingly convenient for the company) the app made all all deals unavailable on the day it could be redeemed. False advertising at its best!

This App is horrible, always crashing or malfunctioning. Constantly logs you out and causes you to sign in again and again and again. Highly disappointed.

I dont eat there very often, but is seems like the app is almost always reporting "technical difficulties". Who had the brilliant idea to require users to register in order to use a fast food app? ?

It works once and a while but it always has some sort of problem! Hardly ever lets me actually log in to use the coupons !
