App used to work great, now they updated it to require a forced registration and login before being able to load location deals. Only problem is that the registration function doesnt work - making the app useless.

Doesnt work when I want to use it. I never had a problem with this app until a few days ago. Now it just says error or experiencing technical difficulties. Its crap.

But alas it crashes. The update broke it and the next update didnt fix it. And another update breaks it. No deals. Great!

App constantly crashes, it takes so long to load ! Every time i want to use the app it logs me off my account and Im not able to use rewards why would the company off this feature if it never works !?

Only the fat people who complain a lot write terrible reviews doing nothing but crying

If I could give this app a half star I would. Never loads and isnt ever available. Seriously!!!

Strangely, the app seems to only not work when Im in a McDonalds restaurant or parking lot!!! Seems like something fishy is going on!

App never works! Cant log in! Almost as bad as the AT&T network which is beyond HORRIBLE!!!!!

Theres often days when the app wont let me log in and if I cant log in I cant see the deals to redeem them in a restaurant. The app was down on free ice cream day and the only way to get your ice cream was with the broken app! Its needs an update desperately.

7/30/17 Now cant login despite multiple attempts. 7:30/17 Now completely useless. You can log in, but cant "favorite" a mcd store. That means no deals and no mccafe rewards. The app will locate nearby mcd stores and thats about it. 7/30/17 The updated app wont let you login without multiple attempts and wont keep you logged in. Even crappy software from China is more reliable than this junk. The McDonalds app is worse than useless. Id rather clip coupons or save tiny stickers to get s discount. Dont waste your time. Hint: if you actually manage to log in and access a deal you like, take a screen shot of the deal QR code - that way you wont have depend on the app working when you want to redeem the code (because it probably wont). Just had the app reset the drink count to zero again - now the fourth time. I dont know why I bother with this app. The good: the app serves up coupon deals and the potential to accumulate McCafe points for free drinks. The Bad: the app frequently resets the drink point count to zero; not all McD restaurants support scanning (have the cashier type in the code) and many cashiers cant figure out how to make discount codes work.

The app wont allow me to login. I lost my saved up rewards for a free drink, and I lost the regular coupons. Wont go to McDonalds unless I have coupons, since the burger joint across the street is actually cheaper!!

This app is trash, as soon as I walk into McDonalds the app crashes Im not the only one who has experienced this then the app makes you sign in 1000 times and when I login with google it doesnt work, I think Mcdonalds realized too many people were getting free taste craft sandwiches so when there was an update they slowed it down and screwed everything up on purpose, Im at ho e with good wifi signal and the app is still garbage!!! Very unreliable.

I dont know what they did to it but Im been having log in issues all month! Its highly frustrating when I drive to a McDs to get a free frappe and the app wont log in!!!! Please fix this!

Cant log in with latest update. Appears Ive lost my McCafe rewards. Very disappointing.

This app is terrible! It never works- super buggy and the layout is awful! Quit trying to push updates and fix the hot mess youve already created!

Been using for years. This year however the app constantly going down and since we finally get Mobile Ordering you need to make sure there is a customer service number IN AMERICA thats open to handle issues. Second mobile ordering is a great thing to put in. Dunkin has been doing it for years but you guys need to improve the servers or whatever is causing it to go down

When it works its very good with some good deals. Problem is the high number of times it will error out making it useless. Seems to be on McDs servers.

Just downloaded. Can't register (error 1037, whatever that is), so can't use the app.

Downloaded this in hopes it would improve my experience at the restaurant. Far from it. And really no ApplePay??
