I used to have pretty good luck with this app. Then something changed with the app or their backend and it stopped working for me. Twice now, Ive worked with live people in their app support who told me that they just need to wipe my acct so I can start fresh. Both times, they have failed and its been two weeks waiting each time.

The app is stuffed with junk and dancing graphics. Make it work shouldnt be that hard of a task.

I have had this app for almost a year and its always worked well, but the past few weeks, it has acted up, will not register my McCafe drinks and most of the time Im getting an error where it wont connect. Whats going on?

The app was fine been using for months now they update it and its crashed wont work !!! Fix it and I will give better stars

Love the discounts and the McCafe rewards, but this app is clunky, slow, and constantly tells me it is having technical difficulties. The first version was great; wish they would have stuck with it!

Always crashing, logs me out and when I try to log back, in it says technical difficulties doesnt keep up with the drinks rewards..never get my free drink. Yall need to keep yo sh*t together????

All parts of my app are working except my rewards, which i use usually everyday. It hasn't been operable in 2 weeks. I missing about 2 free drinks. And McDonald's won't even credit your account with receipts...#SucksBigTime

MOST OF THE TIME THE APP WORKS, I DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERING OR CURBSIDE PICKUP, SO I HAVE NO OPINION ON THAT, BUT THE DEALS MOST OF THE TIME WORK,

Discounts, called deals, in the app appear & disappear without reason. I start a series of buy 5, get 1 free, only to have the app drop the deal even though the stated expiration date is the end of the year. Ordering online is a joke. I like a large iced coffee with 2-fingers of ice with hotcakes & sausage with two syrups & 3 butters. No way to put this in the order. Conclusion, online ordering is for the birds.

Does no good if they dont make it easy to use the deals.

I guess my last review didnt make the cut. This app simply doesnt work.

I dont know why everyone has problems; I have never had any log-in issues or coupon problems. I get free stuff or discounted stuff every visit to McDonalds. If the scan doesnt work, the clerk just manually enters in the coupon code.

My Rewards isnt working!!!! ?? Ive used the buy 5 get 1 free app forever!!! Ive used this App everyday! Cause Im addicted to the frappes! Sometimes I go twice a day! The employees know me well! Thats how long Ive been going there! Whats going on?!? I want my frappe rewards back plz! Ive tried contacting and no response! Use to love this app but now ugh!

I was very excited that I could utilize a curbside order when my lunch break is cut short, however, the app took my money without issues but when it came time to "curbside pickup" the app kept crashing. I was unable to "check in" and it took me 20 minutes to get my food after I arrived and let them know I was there. Then they had to go back in to get my daughters happy meal drink (kind of standard, I would think!) and when we got on the road I realized her extra order of fries was missing. Major FAIL McDonalds! Im pretty sure the "FORSEE" survey is why your app is crashing as Ive had other apps that cant launch because of this survey. Ive tried saying yes, Ill come complete the survey, as well as, no, I do not want to participate and it still wont go past this screen and the app crashes.

I got my order done, entered my debit card and app crashed and now crashes immediately every time I try it! Worthless

McCafe Rewards were unavailable for a few days but is back today! Yay! There's also some pretty good deals on the app too

I downloaded this app bec the lady at the drive-thru told me I should use the app bec everyday I but mocha frappe. But this app doesnt work everytime Im at the store. It seems that it knows when Im there and starts not to work!!! FIX this app!!!!!!!

Updated: Not all menu items available in the app...can only order medium soft drinks for example. Crazy. The app still opens very slow. And navigates slower. The deals are an incentive but maybe try to speed it up.
