No more coffee rewards means no more money from BILLIONS SERVED! Absolutely ridiculous! !!!

The new ordering feature doesnt allow you to take advantage of any deals that are available to you when ordering at the window. There is an inherent financial disincentive to use mobile ordering.

I can't believe the McCafe rewards cards are gone.. That is the only reason I downloaded the app...I used to go to Star Bucks, until the McCafe rewards started...I used to go thru drive thru 7 DAYS A WEEK ( every morning) even though Star bucks is just 2 minutes from my work...do the math, on how much money I spend a year (365 days) is it really worth the loss of customers to avoid giving away a free coffee on every five visits? I'm so sad

WOW!!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YOU TOOK AWAY THE MC'CAFE REWARDS!! THATS THE ONLY REASON I DOWNLOADED THE APP. I ACTUALLY BEGAN TO FREQUENT MCDONALD'S MORE OFTEN, BUT CAN SAY BYE BYE TO MY BUSINESS. I'M GOING TO GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUTS WHERE MY PURCHASES ACTUALLY ADD UP, SO I CAN EARN FREE CUP OF COFFEE ONCE IN A WHILE. IF YOU GUYS PUT THE MC'CAFE REWARDS back, I'll continue to use, but if not, ADIOS!!!!!!

i will DELETE the app never cared for their burgers or breakfast items anyway, if the MCcAFE REWARDS are gone McDonalds will NEVER SEE my Pretty Little Face Again! ADIOS MCDONALDS :(

This app is a great idea and its great when it works its just it only works half the time sometimes it doesnt work and theres nobody to help you

Not sure why so many seem to have issues... as for me, its simple, easy to use and always has valuable coupons and info. Even the latest update.

Really terrible I used to have deals "buy 5 McCafe any size and get McCafe any size free" they too out this deal from my account while friends still have it. I couldve gave them a 5 stars if they didnt take that deal from my apps!

McCafe rewards are no longer tallying! Why?!?!

Honestly the app works fine for me, I'm just kind of perturbed that McDonald's would get rid of the McCafe Rewards, buy 5 get 1 free coffee without even giving us a warning that it would be ending, or put on hiatus. It is probably the only reason I have the app, I will probably delete from my phone now that the McCafe Rewards are not available any longer.

The pictures for the app show that there is a McCafe rewards card, where you buy 5 drinks, then get a free drink of your choice. Why is the McCafe rewards card no longer showing up on the app?

The app overall hasnt been too problematic, but for the last two days the McCafe Rewards coffee tracker, my primary reason for the using the app, is no longer available. No explanation or warning it was going away. The other deals are about the same (BOGO sandwiches, dollar off certain amounts, etc), but to even access these you must enable Location Services, which is usually an automatic app deletion for me. Before, listing your favorite locations was enough to access the Deals list but that appears to be gone with the McCafe Rewards. Since I have no interest in McDonalds ever accessing my GPS and there are no more free coffees after 5 coffee purchases, this app is no longer a must-have for this would-be customer.

Always down and very glitchy. Theres nothin like being stuck in a long drive thru and you pull your app up to use your McCafe reward and it says "McCafe reward unavailable". Im just going back to Starbucks.

This app is so bad on many levels. (1) Why do you need my location?!? Super creepy that I cant opt out of location info. (2) why does it take sooo long to get to any items after launching, because its downloading some lame launch video. Just what I need when Im in a hurry to use the QR at the checkout or drive thru. (3) rewards missing, only after I leave the store I realize the scan code never registered in my account. (4) MacCafe rewards unavailable constantly

I dont understand why so many people have issues with the app. I think its been great and it has so many great deals on it. I use it all the time and Ive never had absolutely any problems. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I went through the entire process including entering my credit card #. Received a code. Went to store. No code. No order. But wait there is an order tied to my name but not my code (which I could only show through preview mode since the app had hopelessly crashed). MCD CEO says "We dont want to be a repeat of what happened with Starbucks and their mobile app". Hey pal no worries there. They were "victims" of their own success. Your sub par mobile dev team ensured that wont be an issue.

They must think they work for the NSA, way too much info required and all for what a free fry? Honestly I think I have answered fewer questions on a bank loan. And they wont tell you what deals without allowing them to track your every move. Listen MIckyD all I want is a burger occasionally, so stop with they monitoring just let people know about the weekly specials, sell burgers and fries its what you do so do it ! Geez no wonder youre loosing market share.

Love using the deals and I cant wait for mobile order and pay
