McDonald's App Reviews

This app does not work. I buy a coffee every single day and only once Ive gotten a free coffee. I dont get the 6th coffee for free.

I used this app primarily to earn mcafe rewards. Suddenly, I am not able to earn mcafe rewards, with the app reading mcafe rewards are not available. I called and emailed twice, but received no resolution for this issue. Back to Starbucks!!!

I go to mcd pretty frequently. I almost always am able to get a discount. I have had very few issues loading the app. I really like it.

I collected my five drinks for one free and then it lost all my credit. I went in for lunch on ice cream day (free cone) and it malfunctioned. According to the app I have no purchase history?! It just isnt reliable enough. It would t be so bad if you could scan the receipt for entry afterwards since it malfunctions all the time. :-( could do better McDonalds!!

This app is garbage! Ive tried to register multiple different ways and it says that the email is already registered. So I try to reset the password and it tells me that an account with that email doesnt exist!! ? I guess I wont be using the app ??‍♀️

Not sure my review will make a big difference in the overall score of this app, but Ive had ZERO issues with it! Been using it about two weeks and have gotten 3 free sundaes, a free smoothie, free fries and many other coupons that I didnt even redeem. Works every time at every location Ive been to so far. Works exactly as it says, and it doesnt even bug you to rate it on the app store every time you use it like so many other apps out there. If you go to McDonalds at all, get this app. One coupon per order (which it clearly states). Excellent!

McDonalds will block the app from loading when youre in the restaurant, or in the drive-through… So be aware of that. You cant use the coupons and less you load them before you get there. They wont load

Requires fb sign in for every use then says fb already has authorized account.....

Doesnt work or at least I cant figure out why I have it on phone.

Cant even log in without it crashing and closing off by itself. Horrible update.

I have no idea what all the "Id give it zero stars if I could" reviews are about. Ive used the app for at least six months. Probably once a week. Ive had this work properly for me every time Ive attempted to use it, except for once. And that time, the person on the register gave me the item free because we couldnt get the coupon to apply right. Open app. Scroll down. Select deal. Scan barcode. Save money. Too complicated for the McDonalds haters, I guess.

Stupid app. Cant order food and couldnt tell user why. User need to go to Q&A to find out why!!!!!! Wasting my time!!!!

I got logged out of my account. I only have about 3 different pw and none of them work. Cant do the "forgot my password" because it says I need to be logged in first which doesnt make sense. I tried to register a new account and it says I already have a password so it says if I forgot my password, but it wont sent me a temp password. I guess its getting deleted

I hate it when updates ruin apps. This used to work great but since the latest update Ill get notifications I have a new deal and when I open the app I have NO deals.

Page says boho large sandwiches but deals are nonexistent. Whoever did this latest update should be fired

To use this at all you have to share your location with them. I wish you could just type in your zip code instead of HAVING to let them know your location.

If you eat at McDs, you need this app. Many of the deals are Buy One, Get One Free type, which can mean savings worth more than $5. The minimum you would save on any visit would be $1.

I used to love this app but now, the system isnt registering my coupons...and Ive tried a different locations. I love the McCafe purchase 5 get 1 free. However, now when it actually counts 3 or 4, the app automatically zeros my count out and starts me over. Just yesterday I purchased 3 Small Frappes and they have yet to added to my counter! If it doesnt work, its NOT a deal!!
