None of the deals work, the app keeps crashing, and freezing my phone. Not developed enough to be released.

This thing wants to track you, then inundate you with spam notifications. No thanks, its not worth the lack of privacy, even in this connected world. Deleted.

Frustrating.

There food makes you fat !!!!

The punches don't work. It collects only 1 per transaction no matter how many mccafe drinks you get and then doesn't give you your free one!

I cant access any deals because it wont let me create an account :( I keep getting "malformed data" or "we are having technical issues at this time. Try again later."

Today you "should" have been able to use the app to get a free cone AND be entered to win free ice cream for life between the hours of 2pm - 5pm on 7/16/17. The app was completely inaccessible during those hours, which is convenient for Mcdonalds... I buy a lot of ice cream there and all I wanted was to be entered for the draw, do I made sure I was there before 4pm to get dinner and a cone, but no dice, the app didnt work and I am disappointed!

Does not work. It worked in the beginning, but now it just says loading offers and never loads. Very frustrating. You would think a huge company like McDonalds could fix this problem. Tried to use it today for the free ice cream cone and it said no deals at this time. Other times, it gave an error code.

The app probs has good deals, but every time I try to sign up, wont let me and says error, so I cant get these deals...

Keeps crashing. Signs me out every time I force close the app. Kept getting errors during sign up. Requires location service instead of letting me put in my zip code. One of the worst built buggiest apps I have seen.

Crash at the first use, totally disappointed

McDonalds said today everyone with the app can get one free ice cream in participating McDonalds but the app wants working......

The app is completely unreliable. In the last few weeks I have had to deal with the app crashing when I get to the store. And employees are often not willing to honor the coupons. Its really frustrating because most people see the great coupons and want to go to McDonalds because of that. But then when you get to the counter and the manager starts arguing with you saying its not his fault, thats where I draw the line. The cashier even admitted that they were having problems with it all day. It was not user error. The app was not working. This app used to work flawlessly. And now it is a piece of junk.

App doesnt work. Youll have to pay full price even though youre looking at the coupon on your phone.

Love the app great

The app was slow to install and after that required registration. I successfully registered through Facebook and then proceeded to attempt to login; I was unable to login 3 different occasions. Then, I tried registering through the McDonalds app. It was again unsuccessful saying that my email was already registered. Tried logging in again! Still unsuccessful! I deleted the app.

Downloaded but didnt work at all, disappointed

Yes... Dont relentlessly request access to my phones location just so that I can gather info on fries... and then not supply any useful information if I decline giving the app access to location! Allow ME to TELL THE APP where I WANT to go! I am perfectly capable of typing in a zip code! Intrusive!
