its national icecream day and im trying to use the app to get a free icecream cone from mcdonalds. but when i log into the app it keeps saying there is an error, try again later. ive deleted the app and re downloaded it but it still wont let me log in. mcodnalds, please fix this soon. i want my free icecream cone.

Awesome deals but once Im hungry for mcdonalds and I get there it doesnt work in any of the locations in Downtown LA

I will plan on using the app at my local McDs but have arrived at the store only to find that the app was "experiencing technical difficulties". When the app started working again all of my stored coffees were gone. It is suspicious because twice it happened and both times my next coffee was free. Not happy at all.

the app doesnt even work most of the times. Almost every time I go to use the app, it refuses to let me sign in or register a new account. If I do somehow manage to sign in, it says there are technical difficulties and there are no deals near me when I know there are. Its doing this to people all over the U.S, and all of my friends. Please fix the app.

This app has been working fine since I first downloaded it. Before today that is. Today I was not logged in even though I set it to stay logged in. Then I couldnt log in or register even after trying 5-10 times in a row. I deleted the app so I could download it again. At first it wouldnt work then after it worked, I still couldnt log in. Theyre "experiencing technical difficulties". Are you kidding me?! I decided to make an order and ask about the free ice cream deal that I saw. The cashier told be the deal wasnt available. She didnt offer an explanation or a compromise or even an apology. She couldnt be bothered to smile. She took my money then proceeded to ignore me. Why do I keep coming back to this crappy place? Unlike their slogan, McDonalds is not worth it. Save yourself some aggravation and dont download this terrible app.

The fact it takes a day for them to fix a problem

I cant log into the app. Every time I try I get an error message. When I can log in sometimes the employees cant even honor the coupon, they just say it doesnt work. Well its on your app so give me the discount. Geez. I only treat myself once in a while, I would like the app to actually function.

Well, it was GREAT, until the last update! Its signed me completely out of my account and wont let me log back in, so now, its totally useless to me.

I liked this app! Never any problems. Now it wont even log in to get the coupons! Future functionality needed: please bring mobile order and pay to the app!!

...especially when you want to use it. For a while it seemed to run well but recently youre lucky if you can get it to come up. Also, watch out for gotchas like something is free, but you have to go to the view details section, and there in the tiny print they will tell you it isnt free unless you do xyz.

Every time Im trying to get an discount the app just doesnt work

I downloaded the McDonalds app for the deals. However, IT NEVER WORKS. Every time I go onto the app, I have to re-register and can never login past that point.

My mom and I tried registering and then logging into the app and it would not go through at all. We heard there was free ice cream today but we couldnt get it since the app wasnt letting us register/login. Very disappointed I feel like this app needs an updated and to be fixed. It would been very nice if it wud let us at least register/login but no it didnt allow us. Other people to maybe complaining about the same issue. Please fix the app

I like the freebies and the deals, cant get enough of the mc cafe , love the punchcard . I really like that the app lights up when I go to show the cashier my qr code, so there is no wasted time fidgeting around to turn the brightness up for them to be able to scan it properly. Amazballs!!

i had already signed in yesterday with facebook now it doesnt work. "malinformation returned" - garbage

First time trying to use app and it will not work. I went with family and I saw at least 20 people who came in who were coming in to use the app.
