The app always dose the same thing it kicks me out and wont let me sign in

Frequent sign in issues. Periodic crashes. Some employees are clueless as to the presence of an app w deals. And frustrating that random McDonalds dont accept the app deals. But the apps deals and design when it works are good.

App wouldnt let me register. Finally let me then the deals wouldnt show anymore. Its free ice cream day and now I cant get free ice cream because this pos app is broken.

Downloaded the app because my daughter uses it and it was national ice cream day. First I had a hard time registering because I had the app on my other phone but never saw any good offers so I deleted it. It kept saying my email was already registered but it wouldnt let me reset my password. Finally got registered through Facebook and it keeps logging me out. Tried to use it today for national ice cream day just to be told they are having technical difficulties. Bye bye

Worst app ever. Its like a bad plumping system. If more than one persons showering (using the app) then it stops working. I cant even rate the app on design because I cant get it. My dog could design a better app.

It will not let me login anymore because a virus was detected in the app and before whenever I used it would never actually work when I scan the qr code but nothing. NEED TO FIX YOUR APP!!!!

Free ice cream day and app dont work ! Go figure.

So the app logged me out while being closed. Then when I opened it up I had to log it. But it has an error code saying, "something went wrong, please try again." No matter how many times I try to log in it gives me the same message. Then I tried to reset my password, maybe it was something wrong with my username or something. But then it says, "malformed date encountered." I cant use the app to get the free ice cream! Help!

As soon as you enter a different wifi zone it wants to go ahead and log you out your acct, than you must sign in again which ultimately causes you to waste your time

I downloaded the app because of national ice cream day. It claimed they would give you a free ice cream if you downloaded the app. I made an account and went to McDonalds to get my free cone when I realized it had logged me out. I sat there trying to log back in but it just kept saying "try again". I literally just made the account so its not like I forgot my username and password or anything. The guy next to me was logged in but the barcode would not pop up for him and the employees were being total a**holes about it. Then the app forcibly logged him out as well and would not let him log in. I find it weird they wouldnt just give us an ice cream cone. It felt like a total scam to lure us into the restaurant and then get us to just buy stuff when the coupon fails. Deleting the app and never going to mcdonalds again.

The app works sporadically but may not connect when you want to use. Last week I went during lunch and the deals would not load. Today is National Ice Cream day and I haven't been able to log on for 4 hours. I was looking forward to a great meal using some of the deals and now I will make plans to eat somewhere else. You are going to lose customers if the app is not reliable.

This app works fine until you get to the location. I am convinced they do this on purpose, espexially with a good deal. Like today all I wanted was to purchase a softserve for the golden cone contest, and my app wont work at all, which is how you have to purchase to enter the contest. Fuck McDonald's. Its always something with them. Burger King has better deals anyway.

McDonald's app has been working great, however recently there is no deals, I am logged out, and there's an error message 10001

This app is horrible. Something you would think McD would nail. The app seldom works when I am at McD and doesn't work at all today. A very poorly executed idea. Horrible. I am done using it.

Today, McDonald's free ice cream day when you use app coupon. But, all day you can not sign in this app. ( the McDonald's server is go something wrong Please try again later ) That means you got nothing. No ice cream is free.

App is problem ridden, for months now "error connection "Try again later, Quit clowning around . It's an app and server not rocket science. Great deals when it is working.

Constantly crashes doesnt work on the day with free cones and cant get my regular coupons from it today on 7 16 2017 Don't know what's wrong but get your shit together Other than that it's usually a good app and saves quite a bit of money
