Does not work. It worked in the beginning, but now it just says loading offers and never loads. Very frustrating. You would think a huge company like McDonalds could fix this problem.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. I downloaded it because I have crafty teenagers who read about National French Fry day, and a deal in the McDonalds app for free fries if you download the app. I got the app and deleted it in under 5 minutes. It requires you to allow location services in order to give you deals. That is to say, that although there is an option to enter your own ZIP Code and select a store based on what you have *chosen to* share, they will not use it for the purposes of sharing deals with you. Big brother McDonalds wants to know where you are in order to show you deals, and will not allow you to give a ZIP Code in lieu of sharing your location information. Thanks but no thanks...

The last week I open the app and see an ad for the coupons but when I go to my coupons theres not a single coupon. Annoying

Getting McDonalds to accept this app is a 50/50. I have had employees straight up tell me the coupon wouldnt work, when I knew that it would. I have had it to where the app wont scan & the employee will not honor the coupon. I have had it to where the app has crashed and the employee will still not honor the coupon. Im not frustrated that I have to pay full price, Im frustrated because the employees are misinformed & not willing to help me out when they clearly see that its a technological error. When I see a coupon I want to use, I go to McDonalds JUST because of the coupon annnnd it typically doesnt work. So I waste my time & money that I wasnt expecting to pay.

Why not put store rating feature on the app. It would help motivate franchisees to strive for good service and a quality finished product.

App doesnt even work?? Just reminded myself why I go to in -n-out .

The app lags, freezes and shuts down so much it isnt worth using. Too bad because mobile ordering is a nice new feature.

My app works but I can't get the dang thing to even sign in for my mom or my wife. Keeps saying that there's an account with that email them when you go to recover password it says there is no account with that email

Fail, try again, complete waste of time, requires specific password then rejects exactly that.

DONT believe the reviews! The app is great. It is the Mcdonlds system that doesnt allow more than one coupon to be used which is understandable. I seen someone complain about their buy 5 get 1 mccafe drinks not coming its because it doesnt say heres a free mccafe drink it goes down there with all the other coupons its green and it says buy 5 get 1. The app does have its faults but do not dis credit the app itself from user error.

I wish I could give the app a better rating, or at least claim the national fries day deal. It refuses to let me register under Facebook nor my Google account directly. I have not been able to log in at all.

I do not know why they would make an app that would allow you to get food but not allow you to request their different well-known sauces. You cant request an extra beef patty, or a condiment that they dont deem necessary. You should have full choice of options of anything in the store just as you would if you were at the store

I love this app because of the great deals/offers available on it. Its really great marketing on McDonalds behalf b/c there have been quite a few times I couldnt decide where to drive-through, & I chose McDs simply b/c of the deals on the app! I especially love the coffee "punch card"! Who doesnt love earning free coffee?! My only complaint is that it is super slow. There have been numerous times that Ive held up the line waiting on the app to pull up the deals, & other people have said the same.

I agree with another review here in that the app is clumsy in letting you register- it made me register all over again the second time I used it. I think that might have been a temp glitch with their system and not necessarily the app itself. My main complaint, however, is that location hours should be listed with nearby locales as well as a filter option to show only currently open McDonalds.

Let me start by saying, I love your 10pc chicken nuggets with a sweet tea to wash them down. I also lubricate your tender nuggets in ranch so they may pass through my body with as little resistance as possible. Back to the app, its like that juice that drips out of a dumpster on a hot summer day. I dont understand why in the 2017th year of our Lord and savior we cant get an app that does more than one transaction at a time. I feel as if you guys dropped the ball... from a very high place purposefully to inflict damage on your loyal customers big boned soft bodies. We just want to get fat, so please help us out. Thank you.

Stupid app, it worked fine until they updated it. I complained to the manager, he did nothing about it. Please fix it!!

I read the reviews before I got this app but did it anyway. I bought 4 McCafe drinks and each time my purchase was recorded by having my phone scanned. The fifth scan not only never showed up but apparently erased my others. I sent an email to McDonalds whose response was instructions on how the app works...should work. You think they could at least issue a coupon. So much for my free 6th beverage.

I had great luck with the app up to this point. It was quickly becoming one of my go to apps. Then the most recent update happened and now the app is useless. I get a tech error code when I go to check deals. It has been over a week and I am still getting this message. Lets get it together McDonalds!

all i wanted to know was the price of something, its not ANYWHERE!!! youd figure itd be on the app but not even close
