Last update ruined my login

A little quirky. I thought I could order at my local McDonalds? When does mobile ordering start?

I dont want extra steps to register. Taco Bell app it is.

I was excited to use one of the coupons and everything was working fine until I walked up to the register and the app shut down. I spent 10 minutes trying to pull the app back up and it kept saying there was an error. Low key, I am Really disappointed with this app, And with mc Donalds as a whole.

The app wont let me register. It tells me that mt email address is not valid. I use a keyboard shortcut so I know it entered the correct email address. I read it to double check and it is the correct address. I tried several months ago and had the same problem. You cant use an app that wont let you register and that months later nobody has fixed.

This app is fantastic when you want to save money! Ive saved $10 on just one purchase while in store, minor fixes here and there but overall great financial decision.

Hey guys it works now Im happy now I have a McDonalds menu on my phone thats so cool even though it triggered me it was good but I still think its trash

Nothing compares to the amount of coupons and free food I get from this app. Hope they keep adding more useful coupons

Tried to use the deals for three different items....they want you to make a separate transaction?? You should be able to use as many deals in one transaction as you can. Takes way to much time to use. You do t go to the store with coupons and make ten different transaction so you can save.. They just scan all that apply and say hey you saved this much money way to go. Not oh only one.

The app is beyond lame. Often when I show it to workers at McDonalds the app wont let them scan it. It also crashes a lot. ?

The coupon used to work 100% of the time but since last week I have situations where no matter how many times I force-close the app, the coupon code would stay the same and scanner tell me invalid code. McDonalds need to check the app

I cant believe McD actually paid somebody to write this app. Very user unfriendly. Even when you enter your info it wont let you log in.

Will start spamming your email with no way to disable once you login. It assumes you want McDonalds for every meal and pushes you that way. Will never let you escape. Just dont use this app, its evil. Downloaded because I like McDonalds, but will stop shopping there as I dont like the corporate culture this app reveals.

I entered my information--never got a verification email. I resent it 3 times over 30 minutes. It did not go to spam---it never came, although I did get an email via the website, which has different requirements for its password. I checked an hour later, and the app locked me out, even though Id changed nothing. Very worthless.

JUNK. If it works well for a month, you're lucky. Then it fails, wants you to log in, but doesn't recognize your password. If you try to reset password, it says watch for it in email and request again if you don't see it in 10 minutes in your email. Today it took from roughly 8am to 3pm to show up in my email, and by then the temp passwords were no longer valid. Nice job, McDonald's IT people. NOT. YOU GIVE US CRAP.

So I downloaded the app this morning so I could pick up my order. Try this new service out. When I was making up my order I couldnt make my soda a medium and I couldnt add bacon to my sandwich. So I ended up just going inside to get my breakfast. So need to make this app better. Pick size of drink then pick the type of drink. Also be able to add anything I want like if I was ordering inside the restaurant. Maybe Ill try this service for lunch and see how it is.

I used to love this app. However, it never works now?

Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because my McCafe counter keeps restarting every 2 weeks, so Ill get 4 coffees, am ready to gain my free one and have to start all over :(. Its done that to me 3 times.
