Kind of a contradiction, BUT here it goes. The app is SLOW! Its semi confusing for a first time user. But thats not Mcdonalds fault. The service we got was great tho! Fast!

Order ahead would be cutting edge. Deals should allow for add sandwich with combo meal. Not that valuable to me and I dont use it cause it feels like an up sale scam.

It hardly ever works and when it does the coupons dont work at the register. Most of the time the employee has to have a manager override the error

Im about to delete the app. The deals consistently wont load. This has been a problem for a few weeks now! Then when I was able to see the deals this morning, it wouldnt load the coupon code, another error. And it was for a free medium McCafe. Needless to say I didnt get my coffee this morning....

First you can not use the McCafe code with other codes which is stupid. It also only counts one if you order two drinks. Now I come back to the app today and my McCafe stamps are gone. Starbucks has a much better app and offers.

BOGO deals are great, but sometimes the app is down, so you better check if the app is working before you order

Checked the app before ordering, ordered, opened the app to show the coupon, stopped working. What. A. Piece. Of. Junk.

Like many other users, I am unable to sign up/login. I am being told I already have an account. I tried logging in multiple times with multiple email address, my Facebook, and Google account.

So I had the app when it was in bata. Didnt work at all then. And it still doesnt. Wont log in with Facebook and it wont let me change my password. Super slow even on a wi-if connection. Stuck in the hopping fry load screen for 10 minutes. Thought Id give it a second chance due to the fact I work a few hundred yards away and the delivery option got my attention. But after re-downloading it I quickly remembered why I deleted it the first time.

App is pointless. I get error messages whenever I try to do anything.

It used to work great but since an update a couple months ago it doesnt even show me any deals anymore... just say "we are experiencing issues"

Im getting pretty decent discounts through this app!

Excellent app! There is no reason not to use this. If you happen to be ordering something anyway, theres usually a deal to get something free. And if you happen to want something on the list of deals, you can get something free or save. On average I save about $4 every time I go in. This app actually gets me to come in!

Sometimes I see offers and the next time I look, they are gone. Many before they were set to expire.

My app has gave me error messages for two weeks and when I email them they say reset. It still does not work

The McCafe deal deleted all my previous purchases, never got a free one. New purchases dont even show up for me. If you try to use a $2 or $3 off coupon the lady scans it doesnt tell you that it didnt work and you drive off and look at your receipt like really? All set this app doesnt work. SCAM deleting it. Maybe BK or Wendys has an app that works!

My experience, all deals expired, one day before appearing in app. Staff understands less than I do about apps usage.

App will not allow me to register, its like im caught in a loop, not a good start, guess I keep the Burger King app now

We use this app a lot. It can be too slow sometimes to open up, though. Havent had the sign in problems that I see some people complaining of. Cant complain about a free app that gives you free food. I like free. :)

The smart management at McDonalds decided to roll out mobile ordering when it doesnt work with the app coupons. Who do they think are going to be doing the mobile ordering? Obviously the people that use the app for the coupons. Geniuses! Twice I have used the mobile ordering in the drive thru thinking it would be quicker and convenient. It was just the opposite. There was no way for the employee to apply a coupon code to the mobile order. So it took twice as long and cost me more than just going through normally with the app coupons. What a mess mcdonalds. Amazing corporate leadership makes such bad timing decisions and screws over franchises.
