Every time I get close to 5 coffees to earn my free one all my purchases disappear. Yesterday Id finally hit 5 and this morning they were all gone. Go ahead try to send feed back through the app. Thats not going to work either. They say theyll reward you but some how it doesnt work out. Not really worth the one star but I must award one to express my disappointment

Works great, love the food!

Ap used to be good but recently its always down and crashes. There is always a technical issue going on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still doesnt fix the issue. Someone is slacking on their end.

They need to get someone to fix the app because theres many times Im going to McDonalds and it just wont show anything.... it would be all great if it just would work

App was 5 stars until this past update. Not able to access deals anymore, days of getting the were experiencing technical difficulties message. Please fix this problem.

At lunch time I go to use the app and 50% of the time it has an error. Forcing me to pay full price for my food. ??

I have been using this app 2 to 3 times a week. I went in today and my three stars for the free frappe which is one of my favorites were gone. I bought 2 frappes this morning. I just looked and 2 stars are there but I should have 5. Dont know what happened to the 3 that I had on there. Ive used some of the other deals and they work. Please fix, I want my stars.

I have the McDonalds app - I purchased 5 vanilla coffee drinks and was supposed to get the 6th one free they didnt honor my purchases the girl said they go by what the computer says -Im very disappointed ?

I love this app because it has good deals. The problem I have is that I bought 4 out of 5 items to get a free item and it erased all of the 4 items and went back to zero. Needless to say I still needed to buy 1 item to get the free item but it started me over before getting my free item. So with that being said I will not buy anymore items that need to buy so many to get a free item. Its not but a few dollars anyway but its the point of it happening. The app does have some really good deals otherwise! Thanks!

Useless deals whenever I stop at a McDonalds and thats what Im told when Ive ordered exactly what the coupon offer states.

Wouldnt let me on to their website to look at nutritional information without downloading this.

It used to work great. Then they updated it and the McCafe punch card stoped being available temporarily (for six months now). Now no deals work and it says they have temporary difficulties and to try again later. This has been over a month. Ive uninstalled. Ive logged out. Ive written to customer support. Nothing.

The app doesnt work at all, I can never use the coupons and I wind up wasting everyones time in drive thru if I attempt to use a coupon. Some managers are able to just manually accept the coupon. This app would be amazing if it didnt have all the bugs and crashes. Please improve it!!

Buy 5 mCafes get 1 free . Nope you dont doesnt show up for a free one I should have two still nothing. Emailed them about it still no help.

Used to love this app.. but the current version is taking way too long to load! It would be a great app if it worked faster! Plan to start loading it BEFORE you get to McDs!!! REVISION 6/27/17... No deals available with newest version. What happened to this app??? No point in having it now because there are no deals available.

This app is pretty good. Its nice to be able to get free food, but I wish the Buy 5 McCafe drinks get one free would work. Ive still havent received any free ones.

Since getting the app it has deleted my McCafe purchases twice, denying me 2 free McCafes.

Totally disgusted! Two times now I should have a free McCafe and both times all my purchases just vanish! Really aggravating. Go back to the cards and stickers if you cant manage to get the app right.
