There are some great deals/coupons, however, the app is usually experiencing technical difficulties whenever I try to use it. Transactions/history is lost... more frustrating than functional.

As if they needed another 1 star review! Extremely poor app for a giant like McDonalds. Unbelievable really. It starts with the strange password requirement demanding both upper and lower case letters. OMG, someone in Russia is trying to hack my McD app and steal my Big Mac coupon! Since I cant use my normal password conventions I am doomed to forever forgetting my all important McPassword. Seriously McDonalds? Why password this at all? I think the developer is a few fries short of a Happy Meal. Erased it. Total waste of bits and bytes. Now in the bit bucket. Thanks for nothing.

Ive lost track of the number of times that it has presented me with a deal that has an invalid coupon code and of course McDonalds does not empower their employees to honor them - instead they have to hunt down a manager who seems as frustrated as I the consumer am. The savings are just not worth the continual frustration. Ive deleted the app.

Keeps crashing every time I open it. Deleted the app and reinstalled still crashes

Ive been using this app for a while, and its always been quite slow. This version is a new low. Now they added a forced sign up process, which is fine, if you could actually sign up. I tried four different times before giving up. Kept getting "technical error" messages within the app all over the place, which seems like their servers are simply overloaded. Even a password reset did not work. Very disappointing service from one Americas largest corporations.

No matter how many times I try to open this app, it wont communicate with me. I cant access the deals or even the home. Dont waste your time with this app

Guess its a sign to not eat mcdonalds

Constantly logs me out and wont let me log back in. Sometimes lasting a few days. And the app is pretty laggy but when it does work, I love getting the deals.

For those thats having problems with the app on the buy five any size McCafe to vouch for your free McCafe after you purchased your fifth one refresh the app or close out and re-enter the app the Five slots will reset the Five Stamps Slots to blank spots for your next five purchases, after that look under where the five stamp slots are and you will see two green voucher coupon there Ione of them is your Free McCafe Coupon voucher. Ive also test it out and you can add up to free vouchers I once had 4 to 5 free any size McCafe Voucher Coupons they expire 12/31/17 tap on it and let the cashier scan the code and then you get your free McCafe only if you works if you purchased your fifth McCafe, if this works for you please feel free to tag my name in your next review so I know I was helpful to you.

I guess based on previous McDonalds expieriences I'm not surprised. When trying to register by email no matter what form of password is entered the app says its not accepted. I registered by Gmail and 1st try to use this app it was not functioning. Way to stay consistant McDonalds your employees dont work, your service is poor, your prices are climbing too high, your product is hit or miss, and now you have an app that is sub standard to match.

Just goes to show you how absolutely spoiled and complacent we are with our blessings here in the west! You get a mobile app that gives you free food and they still cry and complain!! I suppose there wont be total satisfaction until the app is able to read their minds, order their food, pay for it, bring it to them, then feed it to them.(And after all that, perhaps still discontentment?) Im grateful. Well done McDonalds. Thanks for the TOTALLY free grub!!

Cant stand the apps keeps forcing you to turn on Location!

I got he app mainly for the buy 5 McCafe drinks and get the next one free. First time I did it I got the free one. Second time it took 6 before it registered. This last time it skipped the free one and just started over. Disappointing.

Unable to view Daily Deals, app wants me to login, app won't accept my login credentials, get error message: This error is returned if the application is not registered within the eCP.[Error:-1037] I've been using the app with no problems. I have a free McCafe to redeem but unable to because of this issue. WTH!

Since I updated, my punch card for the coffee doesnt work. Just went in this morning ready to use my free coffee and it was gone. Didnt argue with the lady its only a dollar after all. But then even after she scanned it a few hours later I checked it again and it didnt register the coffee I just bought. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Same issue. Dont want to put a fuss over a dollar coffee but is inconvenient. Pls fix asap.

Cant sign in. Tried resetting password and even opened new account. Deleted app.

It never works. Tells me to sign in when I am signed in, always get an error when I go into the deals part ?
